Guides added, updated & more.

Hello everyone!

Today, in response to the recent Agility course changes in RuneScape, our Barbarian Agility Course has been updated with some information about the new course extension.

Also a new guide has been added. The basic Gnome Agility Course has been added to our website, also including the new information about the Agility course extensions.

Calculations regarding lap time etc. have not been added yet, but if you have any useful information, please post it on our Forums!

And a little heads up regarding the run energy changes. A guide for the musicians is being planned, this will be released as soon as time can be found to make it.
