1. Requirements
Minimum requirements
You need atleast level 60 Agility, Ranged and Strength to gain access to the Bandos Agility Course.
You also must have completed The Chosen Commander Quest and you must have a Bandos throne room sphere (can be purchased at Oldak for 2 law runes and a molten glass after the quest).

Recommended requirements
At lower levels you fail quite a lot. At 99 you fail around 5 times an hour. We don't have a recommended level yet. But this course is not the best to 99.

2. What do you need to bring
- Inventory filled with food (preferably cakes or tunas) at lower levels
- Bring no armour, except for weight decreasing gear (Boots of Lightness, Penance Gloves, Spotted/Spottier cape)
- Bring a teleport device (Amulet of Glory, Duel Ring etc.)
- Bring a crossbow and mithril grapple
- Bandos throne room sphere

3. Access
There are two ways to get to this Agility course

Route 1
You can buy one at Oldak for 2 law runes and 1 molten glass. Oldak can be found in the north-west of Dorgesh-Kaan. This sphere takes you to the Bandos Throne Room.

Route 2
You can also reach the Throne Room with Fairy Rings. First go to a Fairy Ring and enter the code BLQ. This will take you to Yu'biusk. Enter the chest Zanik disappeared in during Land of the Goblins Quest and you'll end up in the Bandos Throne Room.

4. General Info

Total xp per hour: 40-45k Agility xp and 11k Strength and Ranged xp.

Please note: You can fail EVERY obstacle. No matter what level you have, 70 or 99. Although the frequency decreases

Please keep in mind, you also get 125 Strength and 125 Ranged experience.

Additional information
Upsides:
- Additional ranged and strenght xp.
- Very few energy used compared to other courses.
- Decent xp for 60-70 Agility.

Downsides:
- Constant 100% focus needed.
- Chance of failing at any level on any obstacle (although it does decrease).
- No time to type even if you want to keep running.

5. Tips & Tricks
- Cakes and tunas are THE food for Agility! Make sure you get those! They aren't expensive and heal enough.
- Keep your hp low, below 20 HP. If you have little HP you won't get hit as hard as you would with full HP.
- At a certain point you won't need food anymore, you can substitute the food for Energy potions so you can run longer and train faster.
