1. Requirements
Minimum requirements
You need atleast level 35 Agility to gain access to the Barbarian Outpost Agility Course. You also must have completed the Barcrawl miniquest to get access to this course.

For the Extension Course you'll an Agility level of atleast 90, more information on extended courses later.

Recommended requirements
At 35 Agility this course can be easily done, take food when you're lower level though.

2. What do you need to bring

1. Inventory filled with food (preferably cakes or tunas)


2. Bring no armour, except for weight decreasing gear (Boots of Lightness, Penance Gloves, Spotted/Spottier cape)
3. Bring a teleport device (Amulet of Glory, Duel Ring etc.) [recommended]

3. Access
there are a few routes to the Barbarian Outpost. Here's a map with routes.


Route 1
Take a Games Necklace and teleport to the Barbarian Outpost, take the blue route.

Route 2
Level 37 Agility is required for this route
Go to the Grand Tree, using any route and walk to the north east corner of the Gnome Stronghold, use the shortcut and follow the red route.

Route 3
Level 20 Agility is required for this route
Go from Camelot/Seer's Village and follow the orange route, balance over the river and proceed following the orange route.

Route 4
Go from East Ardougne a little bit north and follow the yellow route.

4. General Info
Purpose
Barbarian Outpost is a regular course without any tasks or things to do. You must just do the laps and if you do it all in the right order you get a nice bonus.

You only get the bonus when you finished the lap in the right order.

Please note: After level 94 Agility you won't fail anymore at all at this Agility course.

This course has an average Xp of 68k xp an hour, which makes it one of the best courses to train for 99 Agility.



5. Extension Course Information
For the serious trainers in Agility, there is an optional extension to the Barbarian Agility Course offering bucket loads of experience. For this extension an Agility level of atleast 90 is required.

6. Tips and Tricks

1. Cakes and tunas are THE food for Agility! Make sure you get those! They aren't expensive and heal enough.


2. Keep your hp low, below 20 HP. If you have little HP you won't get hit as hard as you would with full HP.


3. At a certain point you won't need food anymore, you can substitute the food for Energy potions so you can run longer and train faster.
