1. Requirements
Minimum requirements
You need atleast level 60 Agility to gain access to the Werewolf Agility Course.
You also must have completed the Creature of Frenkenstein Quest and must still have your Ring of Charos.

Recommended requirements
Although the course can be easily done at 60 Agility already, you might want to wait 5 more levels for a significant decrease in failure.

2. What do you need to bring

  1. Ring of Charos (obtained from Creature of Frenkenstein quest)

  2. Inventory filled with food (preferably cakes or tunas)

  3. Bring no armour, except for weight decreasing gear (Boots of Lightness, Penance Gloves, Spotted/Spottier cape)

  4. Don't wear a anything on your head, this is not allowed at the last obstacle.

  5. Bring a teleport device (Amulet of Glory, Duel Ring etc.) [recommended]

3. Access
There are two major routes to the Werewolf Agility Course. Here's a map with routes.

Werewolf map

Route 1
Go from Varrock to Canifis through the Temple.

-> Or simply teleport to Canifis using Ancient Magicks Kharyrll teleport
(must have completed Desert Treasure, have Ancient spellbook activated and have atleast 66 Magic)
One of the red dots on the map.

-> You can also hop in at the fairy ring a bit before Canifis, using fairy code CKS. Pointed out at the other red dot.
You must have access to Fairy Rings for this method.

Take the red route, you can bank in Canifis.

Route 2
You must have completed the Ghost Ahoy! quest for this method.
Grab your ectophial and teleport to the Ectofunctus, re-fill your ectophial and follow the blue route.

4. General Info
Purpose
At the Werewolf Agility Course you must fetch the stick the Agility Boss will give you, then you will have to bring it to the Agility Trainer at the end of the course.

You can start a lap by stepping on the stepping stone, the Agility Boss will then throw the stick away, which you will have to fetch then.

5. Tips & Tricks

  1. Cakes and tunas are THE food for Agility! Make sure you get those! They aren't expensive and heal enough.

  2. Keep your hp low, below 20 HP. If you have little HP you won't get hit as hard as you would with full HP.

  3. At a certain point you won't need food anymore, you can substitute the food for Energy potions so you can run longer and train faster.
