1. Requirements
Minimum requirements
You need atleast level 52 Agility to gain access to the Wilderness Agility Course.

Recommended requirements
At 52 Agility the Wilderness Course is easy enough.

2. What do you need to bring
  1. Inventory filled with food (preferably cakes or tunas)

  2. Bring only 3-4 valuable items (4 when you use protect item prayer when under attack).
So no penance gloves, Spotted/Spottier Cape is easier replaceable. Only bring boots of lightness if you have replacements.

3. Access
There are only 2 major routes to the Wilderness Course. Here's a map with routes.

How to get to Wilderness Course

Route 1
You must take an item with "slash" option for this method.
Go to the Ardougne lever, shown on the map and follow the yellow route, you can bank on your way at the blue dot.

Route 2
You must have finished the Lunar Diplomacy Quest, have the Lunar Spellbook activated and have 89 Magic to use this method.
Teleport to the Ice Plateau with 3 Astral, 3 Law and 8 Water runes. Follow the orange route.

4. General Info
Purpose
The Wilderness Course is a regular course without any tasks or things to do.
You must just do the laps and if you do it all in the right order you get a nice bonus.
The only big disappointment about the Wilderness is that it's filled with Revenants that can attack you at every moment.
So when you train at this course please consider this and don't take any valueble items that you might loose.

The maximum timed Xp rate at the Wilderness course is approxmatically 40 seconds per lap, which means up to 51k xp per hour.

Total lap experience: 571.4 xp

You only get the bonus when you finished the lap in the right order.

If you happen to have Brawling Gloves(agility), which you can receive as a player drop on PVP worlds, the experience you get in the Wilderness will be quadrupled,
which means you get four times more experience than you would get in a normal world or without the gloves. This can get you up to 200k xp an hour.
More about Brawling Gloves in the general Agility Guide.

Please mind that on normal worlds you have the danger of revenants, you don't have these in PVP worlds, but on the contrary you have PKers there.

5. Tips & Tricks

  1. Cakes and tunas are THE food for Agility! Make sure you get those! They aren't expensive and heal enough.

  2. Keep your hp low, below 20 HP. If you have little HP you won't get hit as hard as you would with full HP.

Note: If you prefer to have increased chance to survive an attack by a revenant/PKer keep your HP high!
