1. Requirements
Minimum requirements
You need atleast level 1 Agility to gain access this course.
For the Extension Course you'll an Agility level of atleast 85, more information on extended courses later.
2. What do you need to bring
- Bring no armour, except for weight decreasing gear (Boots of Lightness, Penance Gloves, Spotted/Spottier cape)
3. Access
The Gnome Agility Course is easily reached. You can find this course just east of the southern Gnome Stronghold bank. THe Gnome Strnghold can be found nort-west of Ardougne.
4. General Info
Purpose
The Gnome Stronghold is the course where a lot of people start there Agility adventure in RuneScape. You're unable to fail at this basic course, it's short and easy. So in short, a great course to start!

You only get the bonus when you finished the lap in the right order.
Please note: After level 89 Agility you won't fail anymore at all at this Agility course.
This course has an average Xp of 65k xp an hour, which makes it one of the best courses to train for 99 Agility.

5. Extension Course Information
For the serious trainers in Agility, there is an optional extension to the Barbarian Agility Course offering bucket loads of experience. For this extension an Agility level of atleast 90 is required.

6. Tips and Tricks
These only apply for the extended course.
- Cakes and tunas are THE food for Agility! Make sure you get those! They aren't expensive and heal enough.
- Keep your hp low, below 20 HP. If you have little HP you won't get hit as hard as you would with full HP.
- At a certain point you won't need food anymore, you can substitute the food for Energy potions so you can run longer and train faster.
