Lvl 1-35 Gnome Stronghold Agility Course
The Gnome Stronghold Course is the course you should always start with. You won't fail there at all so it's an easy start.
At this course you can get about 6,2k Xp an hour, pretty good at lower levels.

Lvl 25-40 Skullball (Alternative)
The Creature of Frenkenstein Quest has to be done in order to have access to this fun Agility Course.
You must also wear the Ring of Charos to get in (obtained from the quest).
Not many people know this course, but it can be quite fun. The faster you are, the more Xp you get.

Lvl 35-60 Barbarian Outpost Agility Course
You must have finished the Barcrawl miniquest in order to be able to access this course. This is the course where the barbarians train themselves. It is possible to fail here so bring cakes.

Lvl 40-52 Agility Pyramid (Alternative)
Purpose of this minigame is to get to the top as fast as you can and get the golden pyramid off it.
You must have started the Icthlarin's Little Helper quest to have access to this course. But having completed the
Contact! quest is recommended to, so you will have access to the bank of Sophanem. You can start and end the course by talking to Simon Templeton.

Lvl 52-60 Wilderness Course
This course used to be quite popular because of it's low failure rate. Sadly since the removal of the Wilderness it's popularity has decreased dramatically.
Yet it's still good Xp for your training until 52-65 Agility.

Lvl 40-60 Brimhaven Agility Arena (Alternative)
One of the best known courses in the game. Very popular among the medium and sub-high Agility levels.
Fun to do and lots of interacting with fellow agilityzers.

Lvl 60-85 Ape Atoll Course
You must have done the Monkey Madness quest to have access to this course. Having completed the Awowogei part in Recipe for Disaster is an advantage too.
You will unlock the Ape Atoll teleport. This course is one of the most recommended courses for training until 99.
It's good Xp (~50k/h) and rather fun to do in larger (monkey) communities. You won't fail anymore after level 75 Agility.

Lvl 60-65 Werewolf Course (Alternative)
The Creature of Frenkenstein Quest has to be done in order to have access to this fun Agility Course.
You must also wear the Ring of Charos to get in (obtained from the quest).
This course can be found in the same dungeon as the Skullball course.
You must fetch a stick and give it to the wereworlf at the end of the course

Lvl 80-85 Dorgesh-Kaan Course (Alternative)
The Death to the Dorgeshuun quest has to be completed to have access to this course. This course is also a popular choice among the
sub-higher levels for their levels until 85, in case Ape Atoll gets a bit boring. It's also easy to be done in larger, friendly communities and the Xp rate is pretty much the same as on Ape Atoll (a little higher). At this course you won't stop failing, although fail rate will decrease when your level gets higher, and it isn't too high.

Lvl 85-99 Advanced Gnome Stronghold Course
One of the two high level courses for Agility. At this course you'll have to run over advertisement boards, swing from bar to bar and much more. The xp per hour is quite high, and it's an excellent place to spend some time to reach your desired Agility goal. You won't fail anymore after level 89 Agility.

Lvl 93-99 Advanced Barbarian Outpost Course (Alternative)
The highest level course in RuneScape, with pretty much the same experience as the advanced Gnome Stronghold course. At this course you'll have to jump from building to building, balance on poles and slide down on a roof. You won't fail this course anymore after level 93 Agility.

5. PVP Brawling Gloves
Brawling Gloves are gloves that you might receive as a drop while fighting on PVP Worlds.
Brawling gloves have the ability to boost the experience you receive for a certain skill.
These gloves don't last forever and they will disintegrate after 2 hours of time that you have trained the skill.

You can only use the Gloves' abilities on PVP Worlds. While training a skill with the for that skill specific brawling gloves, your experience will be multiplied by 1,5.
And when you train that skill in the Wilderness the experience you receive will even be quadrupled (multiplied by 4).
More about this in the Wilderness Course Guide.

6. Tips & Tricks

Cakes and tunas are THE food for Agility! Make sure you get those! They aren't expensive and heal enough.
Keep your hp low, below 20 HP. If you have little HP you won't get hit as hard as you would with full HP.
Take weight decreasing armour (Penance Gloves, Boots of Lightness and Spotted/Spottier Cape)
Use a popular Agility world to make your Agility experience even better! World 46 is a good world for these activities :)
At most courses Pets and Familiars aren't allowed, but you can use it at the Wilderness Course.
